Happy the majority of the run just mucked up no14, 20 and 21. 14 didn't see the uncrossable gate so then had to go back to use another gate a bit further back. 20 again didnt see the uncrossable gate as it was right nest to some UOO so had to go a lot further round then wanted to on the path. Didn't see the route the other way out of 19 but should have really gone that way. no 21 felt as though i was in the right place but the control was a lot closer to the fence then thought it should be. Overall had an alright run, just a little slower then i wanted to be as legs were dead from yesterday and lost nearly 8 mins in mistakes.

Pole vault then did high jump and triple jump to help get the team some more points. Also did 4x100 to finish. It was such a cold day!! We has snow, sleet and rain with a tiny hit of sunshine!

Tried out a new route with mum on the bike. Had a lovely run alongside the river and through the woods before going up the road and turning back again. Really enjoyed it and lots of room to extend it so will do this again.
