pretty much the same as yesterday with the running (just not finding a rhythm) but nav pretty good apart from going at a 90 degree error to 1

Not really any nav issues just fairly slow on the terrain which is a bit annoying but to be expected after no training for 5 weeks then lagganlia the week before!!!

Such a great area, loved the course and happy with my run so was a very good day. Probably lost about 3 mins at 3 cause i was just being stupid and wasn't paying attention on like the easiest control of the course.

really enjoyed today, nav was good apart from at 6 and 8 were i just left my bearing but other than that really happy with my run
