another rest day eeeek. training so bad at the moment lol but only a few weeks left of it so just got to ride it out doing what i can and then v excited to start building back up in the summer

orienteering for trail runners basically so a simple course but still super fun and flowy. a bit intimidated by the 40 controls at the st start but actually went by quick. quite dehydrated and super hot so mid feels. also not helped by a bad sleep
