Legs felt ok but could feel fridays long run in them

Running intervals (3x8mins Hmp, 3 min recove) 33:02 [5] 4.67 mi (7:04 / mi)

Legs felt ok to start off with, did push them harder than the planned pace but fine for the first 2 sets, last set was a push but still managed ok

Running warm up/down (Easy 2) 16:52 [1] 2.03 mi (8:19 / mi)

2 mile cool down, legs felt pretty beat up by then, but it’ll make me stronger I’m hoping come race day!!

Legs felt pretty good after yesterday’s long run on the trails, a good 12 hours sitting at the desk at work helped the recovery, lol

Decided to work away at Kingshill for the first part of my run so ended up with 6 loops of the beast, brain wanted to spew on loop 6 but held it together, legs weren’t to bad, few tight bits during the run but all ok, my back was also fine which was a huge bonus! Last few miles of my run were bitty, few stops for a stretch off but still really happy with how it all went especially after Sunday’s crash and burn at Lossie

Nice easy 4 miles, left quad took a while to get going but nothing major

Had my back loosened off in the morning, both si joints jammed solid so causing the pain because they were unable to move, left quad still a bit tight but nothing major and hopefully next few days goes back to normal again, other than that I feel fit

Brought my recovery run forward a day as I felt I’d benefit more, back had loosened if a bit so took it nice and easy, legs felt like they’d had a really hard shift yesterday
