Legs were a bit heavy to start off with, swayed Doms from Sunday it felt like, trying out new Nike Pegasus Turbo X, totally different from the Ultra Boosts, going to take a wee bit of time to get used too!

Hard going at the start heading out to Westhill with a monster headwind! Legs were feeling a bit more jaded than normal, tailwind was fine on the way back,

Legs heavy now but still going in the right direction! Glad it’s a rest day tomorrow

Slow and tired legs this evening after being at work, plus the work James did yesterday added to the tiredness of my legs, back still a bit iffy also but sure it’ll come good for tomorrow’s session

Monday’s easy run done today due having another family funeral Monday, had seen James earlier in the day and he was keen for me to run, legs felt better than I thought they would, left quad a bitty slow at getting going but nothing major! Bloody windy again though! Lol
