| Meet @ Kilcona. Easy course and no troubles except a slight hesitation from 3-4. Tough running in spots through the thistles and high grass over the top. Didn't have much left towards the end.

| Walked 18 holes today @ River Oaks. Not going to count as training but hauling around a 50lbs bag for 4 hours can't hurt. Played poor:( |

| Humid, and warm night for soccer. The team was ready to play, and we ended up winning 3-1. Scores on a header finally (slight touch) off a nice pass across from Wilson. Rfoot was kicked hard towards the end...kinda sore. |

| Hurt my R ankle/lower leg in soccer. Toke a pretty good kick from an opponent, definetly on purpose. Was going to do the whole soccer dive thing but resisted. Achilles in pretty sore and a nasty bruise in front. If not for the shin-guard I would of had a broken leg. |

| Evening trip around West K. Through the park, then N, down Murray Rd then south again. 4 x 1:00 hard burst throughout, mostly in the last half. These felt great and my legs held up. |
