| Higher intensity spots in our game. Big 4-2 tonight in crazy hot conditions. Felt strong the whole time and made sure to push it most of the time. Rewarded with 3 G's which is always nice:) Totally soaked by the end, and most people were hurting. |

| Midday run through West K. The humidity was surpisingly high. Planned on doing more of a fartlek, but my stomach was acting up so just went steady the whole way. |

| St.vital O....got there early and started early...longer warm-up next time. Fun race with numerous good control locations. Made a couple stupid errors while reading the map. Need to minimize those now. Warm and humid. No pick...straight to tennis which did not happen due to work. |
