Gymnastics (+ training update) 2:30:00 
Wow it has been a few weeks since I have uploaded on this due due lots of homework and a busy schedule but I finally can ;) these past weeks I have still stuck to my training of 5 days a week for around 1.5 hours for training days which I do 3 days per week and then my 2.5 hour gymnastics practices twice per week. I have increased my running from 2 to 3 miles per day during my training sessions and this has seen to help me in my strength training. Lately I have also been working on body weight exercises like push ups and pull ups too. I’m hoping to get back to updating my Attackpoint training again !!
