Another day of scrimmage and a throwing warm up. The warm up was pretty competitive and defense training. During the scrimmage my hand was hurting so it was a little more difficult but still some good practice.
Another scrimmage, this time I was getting better at the sprinting and speed workouts. So today was a little easier, but it was still tryouts so I was really trying to play well which involved a little more risks and faster pace. Today was really fun though.

First day of practice. This was in the gym and included mostly running and little throwing. We ran 40 m with a complete turn at 20 m in 20 seconds down to an attempt at 8 seconds. This was quite hard because it was difficult to get up to a good sprint. Then we ran wind sprints afterward. Overall, pretty exhausting day, because I was not used to sprinting.
