This was really different than what I have been doing so it was good to get a longer continuous run in, rather than faster pace, but shorter distance.

FIFA warm up, offensive drill, scrimmage

FIFA warm up, conditioning involved mostly quick feet and some running drills, only a little bit of throwing. Then some ropes, assisted pull ups, box jumps, and more weight training. At the end a field opened up and we scrimmaged in the hail, it was pretty fun.

FIFA warm up and some throwing practice. Then we did some 5 v 5

In and Outs track workout, then a 0.5 mile cool down at the end
