Easy on the road from the house and then used a very runnable trail for the reps - far more runnable than the Ben path which i've used before for this session.
Reps felt pretty good with easy jog back down between each one. Surprised the legs seem to have recovered so well from the weekend. Tired legs by the end of the session though!
