Easy along the canal and looping back through town. Some strides at the end too. Slightly more aware of glute on the strides but seemed okay on the whole

Hamstring curls: 25 double legged , 20 single each side
Single leg glute bridge: 25 - 30 each leg x 2

Mountain climbers: to fatigue
Ball pass to fatigue
