That was disappointing.
When warming up I could feel something wasn’t 100% right high up in left hamstring (most aware of it with the hamstring extension drill). When running I was more aware of this discomfort in the left hip area though. Persevered in the hope whatever it was might ease off but no luck with that so had to cut the planned hour short. No strides. Bit concerning
