Note

Approx 2hrs easy walking but having to keep it all fairly flat to avoid any further aggravation. Otherwise seemed sensible to rest and hopefully let it heal

Easy
No real improvement from yesterday. Started to feel a dull ache in the coccyx so kept it short again. Still generally sore.
Too sore to sit on the bike unfortunately. Frustrating but will just need to be patient

Slight improvement from yesterday but still not right. Still feeling the bruising. Will try slightly longer tomorrow if it continues to improve and will see what it’s like on the bike too.

Much the same as Sundays run. Very easy seems ok but still not feeling right in the coccyx. Still very bruised. Still uncomfortable sitting down/ getting up

Some improvement with the coxccyx but still painful with sudden movements and when sitting. Seemed sensible to give it another days rest. Will hopefully be ok for a run tomorrow.

Still quite uncomfortable with the coccyx, particularly sitting down/ getting up. Definitely eased a touch by the evening though.

Sunday Aug 4 #

Easy trails with Stu and Richard.
Coccyx still very sore and bruised but easy running seems ok. Anything more than a very easy pace and it gets quite uncomfortable. Will need to keep it easy this week until the soreness subsides. Tomorrows bike session will probably need to be swapped with a run... sitting on a bike could be pretty painful just now! Minus the coccyx the legs felt good despite yesterday’s run.
