15’ easy + fartlek 8’ , 6’, 4’, 2’, (3’ rolling recoveries) + 15’ easy

Ended up working most of the day but was able to squeeze in the session in the last of the daylight which made a nice change. Session on the canal. Very cold. Not feeling super speedy today but ran to perception on the efforts, rolling in and out with 3’ in between. Left itb started to feel quite tight towards the end. Been a while since it’s felt so tight. Probably time for a massage...

From the house into town with reps all on the road this time. Pushing hard and overall felt like a better quality session compared to when i've done them on the trail in the past. Tiring towards the end but fairly consistent all in all.

Sunday Nov 24 #

Trail 2:18:00 [1] 24.0 km (5:45 / km) +860m 4:53 / km
shoes: Adidas Terrex agravic speed

2hr 15' easy

Spent a good part of the day helping out with the winter league race, doing registrations / timing so had to wait until later in the afternoon for this.
Nice easy run from the house and onto the north face trail, head torch out for the way back. Legs weren't too bad at all despite the xc on the Sat. (Busy few days so a bit late logging this)
