Hike up Morven in Caithness with Rob and Marion before tuning into the live stream of a friends wedding at the summit... no views but good day

Side plank knee to chest
Reverse plank with leg lifts
Single leg glute bridges - 10kg
Single leg stand up
Split squats - could do with adding some weights to these

Nice to get off the roads for and out and back along the Great Glen way trail. Still pretty flat all in all. Slightly more aware of niggle today compared to other runs this week but again no huge discomfort

Another flat one. Mostly top end of easy with a couple of kms at more of a moderate intensity. Seem to be moving along well on the flat at least

Moving along nicely, mostly on the road. 6 strides towards the end - again ever so slightly aware of glute when doing these, no huge discomfort though
