Easy hour keeping it pretty flat all in all. Fine for the most part but still that vague twinge feeling from time to time. Hamstring extensions in warm up not feeling quite so comfortable on right side compared to left

Easy 80’ with some small hills - started on the grass fields and finished with some small hills on the road. Felt fine when dead flat but became aware of the glute in anything slightly hilly

60’ easy + strides
Making do with what’s on the doorstep here in Devon so difficult to find anywhere totally flat. A few small hills in this one tonight which seemed relatively okay; aware of right glute area from time to time - mostly whenever the knee is being lifted higher (so when doing high knees in warm up and during strides at the end).

Easy grass run around the farm. Not quite as flat as last few runs on the canal but nothing majorly hilly. Aware of glute from time to time but only to the same extent as I was feeling it when doing strides last week.

N.B. Been a difficult few days with things not so good back in Devon. Busy getting things finished at work, car breaking down and a 12hr train journey south not helping so running has taken a back seat the last few days. Will get back into the routine tomorrow.
