80' moderate

Out along the shore again, largely the same route as Wednesday. Surprised how busy it was , you normally wouldn't see a soul along there in the evenings. Wasn't feeling totally fresh in the legs but generally energy levels felt much better than the moderate on Wednesday night.

20’ easy + 25’ uphill tempo + easy back

An easy 20’ along the river before getting into the uphill. Used the same landrover track as last week initially before turning onto the little wyvis track to allow for more climbing. A couple of lingering snow patches across the track higher up during the last 5 minutes or so which didn’t help but good run on the whole with that ‘comfortably hard’ feeling.
Continued on easy after the 25’ to reach the summit before looping back onto the track and easy down.

60’ easy with SVs

Was planning on diagonals only to find the pitch busy so headed back onto the canal and did 8 SVs from about 30 minutes. 30” each with a few minutes of easy running between them. Enjoyed the short bursts of speed. No issues

Out and back along the shore. Energy levels feeling a bit low tonight, perhaps didn’t eat enough this afternoon in hindsight. That said, pace wise very comfortable and a pretty consistent intensity for the hour.

50’ easy + hill sprints

Easy from the house with 6 hill sprints on the road at about 25’. A good rolling start for each and a decent recovery between them. Felt good

Easy run with a few others from the club back in Fort William which was good.
On a decent track to start and finish, with about 4km of pathless stuff in the middle to reach the summit of a Corbett. Was quite a leisurely run but nice to get up a new hill.
Out for about 2hrs with the group but was keen to still get the planned 2 and half in so did another 30’ solo later in the afternoon.
