Gym Bike 1:00:00 [3]

Went into the gym tonight, only did 15 mins on the bike, mainly because i was pretty bored on the bike!
So i did 45 mins of S&C in the gym, and some upperbody workouts too.

ankle still strapped up tight, not without pain but very manageable. Looking forward to getting the bandages off next wednesday!
I bought an ankle support with straps to wear when all this comes off!

Gym Bike 1:00:00 [3]

Got into the Gym tonight, did about 25 mins on the bike, very easy nothing stressfull and all good, no drama's!

Then followed up with some S&C work with the Ball, plus some upperbody machine exercises. I did the exercises with a pal so it was bit more sociable!

Realised that my ball at home isn't blown fully inflated! The gym one is so much easier to use!

Road Running 29:00 [3] 3.05 mi (9:31 / mi) +255ft 8:49 / mi
slept:9.0 shoes: Hoka Napali

I didipretty much a full S&C plus the excersises that the physio had given me before heading out this morning. I thought i was ok, yes i still had that annoyance of the ankle, but when i set off it was horrible, it lasted about 5 mins and then went back the annoyance level.
There was a pretty hard headwind on the way out, but realisation is that i need to rest.
Yes the initial pain is reducing in length at the start but like i can't help thinking it's prolonging a recovery.
I think your right in that i should rest until the pain has gone, i'm going to relinquish my Tarpley place today, i'll probably defer Manchester, next weekend regretably!
