A one hour stint on the gym bike, my thighs are feeling that now and so are the bones on my arse! Think i'll take cushion next time, otherwise i'll be bow legged!

Popped in the gym tonight, didi 30 mins easy on the bike then the usual upperbody exercises, plus a core session.
Nothing too stressfull.

back in the gym tonight, did 30 mins on the bike covered just over 14km, i was going to follow that up with a walk on the treadmill but before that i bumped into a chiropodist friend of mine who said thought it might not be a good idea!
So i did some more arms and S&C work.
At least my core is improving!

Been into the gym this morning, i didi 30 mins on the bike 7.8 miles, nothing too stressful, followed by a set of upperbody on 2 machines.
Followed that with the strength and core routine.

The ankle pain is starting to refrain so hopefully when all this strapping comes off on wednesday we'll have a positive outcome!
