| Fairly happy with my run, legs were feeling a bit heavy from the drive/fly the day before. Stopped one gully too soon on the first control and lost a bit of time wotking it out, and then took the track option for the long leg 2 - 3, which I'm now not sure was the quickest option. Apart from that made no other mistakes. Happy with my 6th place | ||

| A bit of an up and down run, had troubles at number three, mainly because I was expecting the rock to be a lot smaller than the 3m boulders I was looking for (from then on I read my control descriptions better!!). Was happy with my route choices for the two long legs.
Made a stupid error going to 13, had caught Dad at 12 (started 10mins infront of me on the same course) and had a we had a quick chat, neither of us looking properly at how to get to 13 and yeh lost a couple of mintues there. Was an enjoyable course and a good running in the rain!! | ||

| Orienteering training at Connorton with my parents, were planning on having the forest to ourselves however was a mtbo race on (should have taken my bike as the track looked pretty fun) and had to dodge a few riders, many of which had no idea what I was actually doing out there. | ||

First half of the run was enjoyable, through an old goldmining area but the last 4km was on flat boring roads. Starting to warm up a bit, will have to do a few more arvo runs so I can adjust to the heat. | ||

| I've always promised myself I wouldn't get out of bed before 6am to go for a run.... 5.50am rolled out of bed and off I went for my standard morning run.
By lunchtime I was happy I broke my promise, my day was spent sitting, first in the car to Albury, then in a bus up the Hume to Holbrook and back to Albury, 2 hours in a meeting and then back to Wagga.... I'll be sick of the Hume Highway within months..... | ||

| Wagga Wagga Lake to Lagoon fun run
New course this year starting at Lake Albert and finishing at the Civic Centre in town. Was a better course than previously (didn't have to run down the main street). Felt a bit flat for the first couple of km's but picked up for the middle part and as usual slowed at the end, but was happy with time and place (5th female, unofficially) 4.19 4.13 4.21 4.42 4.06 4.21 4.38 4.35 6.52 (last 1.5km) Think that my trusty Kayanos will be going into retirement after this run :( | ||
