Hip really hurt this morning :( Did the Gateway loop from Trents place and struggled badly on the way back. Going to the physio again tomorrow.

Afternoon ride out to Plumpton hills to test out my newly serviced bike :)
Thankfully my hip doesnt hurt when I ride!

Finally an outside run!! Flew into Albury last night from Sydney (to surprise Trent). Enjoyed a sleep in and then ventured outside, felt a bit weird not running on the same spot but I quickly got used to it!! Hot morning, probably about 30 degrees at 11am, a sign of things to come I guess. Hip was feeling ok for the first 20mins and then started to feel a bit of pain, had hoped my easy week would have helped it.

Got on the treadmil this morn, and thought what the hell am i doing here... lasted 20mins which was a surprise. Glad this week of treadmil pain is over

Lasted a lot longer than I though I would today on the treadmil, don't think I've ever sweated that much before.... gym really needs some good ventilation!! Given the impressive spread of food we're getting at the training I'm going to have to stick with the treadmil this week.... too much yummy food!!

Given yesterdays training course ran way over time I opted for exercise in the morning again and ventured to the dreaded treadmil again, took my ipod this time so it wasn't as bad

I hate treadmils!! and the one at my accom in Sydney is worse than most, it faces a blank white wall..... theres no fans.... it was horrible.

After the painfull treadmil stint jumped onto an exercise bike, at least it was facing a window so I had a bit of a view!!
