Sunday Dec 2

Running 1:15:00 [3]
shoes: Asics Gel Kayano 13 (2)
Morning run to Plumpton Hill and back, longest run in a couple of weeks, had really wanted to do 90mins but not confident in pushing my hip too much yet, maybe next weekend.

Swimming 30:00 [3]
Decided it was time to get back to the pool, my lack of swimming showed I felt so uncoordinated!! Thought about doing laps in the outdoor 50m pool but there were too many people using it so opted for the indoor 25m (less people to see me struggle!) Did 1km of freestyle and 250m of breast stroke.

Saturday Dec 1

Cycling (Mtb) 1:22:00 [3]
Not usually keen on morning cycles but wasn't in a running mood this morning. Headed out along Gregadoo Rd went to Elisabeth Ave and then came back. Glad I didn't have breakie before I went as I prob would have brought it back up, on my way back saw a poor Kangaroo which had been hit by a car or something, its hind legs were covered in blood and it was trying to get through a barb wire fence, looked so distressed, I wasn't sure what to do :(

Running 24:40 [4] 5.5 km (4:29 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Kayano 13 (2)
Lap of Lake Albert in the arvo. Trent came along for his first run in a long time, but did pretty well. Not too hot which was good and hip didn't hurt at all, yay!!

Friday Nov 30

Running 1:04:00 [3]
shoes: Asics Gel Kayano 13 (2)
Morning slog, stomach was playing up.

Thursday Nov 29

Running 51:20 [3]
shoes: Asics Gel Kayano 13 (2)
Morning full lap of the Lake, nice after a good bit of rain last night

Orienteering (Summer Series) 42:30 [4] 8.7 km (4:53 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Kayano 13 (2)
First Wagga Summer Street O for the year, nice easy location for the first one... just stepped out the front of my house and started. Given I know Tatton pretty well I headed across Plumpton Rd and got all the controls in Lake Haven, then back for a few more in Tatton. Fastest I've run in a long time, hip feeling good.

Got home to some great news.... Trent passed his oral exam and is now a registered Pharmacist!! Yay!!

Wednesday Nov 28

Running 52:00 [3]
shoes: Asics Gel Kayano 13 (2)
I always seem to find the best running places when Im away on the day I leave!! Came across a nice bike path from Laureiton to West Haven beach, oh well!! Nice run before the slog back to Wagga.

Physio again, got my foot taped again.... going back next week to get orthotics.

Tuesday Nov 27

Running 40:00 [3]
shoes: Asics Gel Kayano 13 (2)
Morning run, same area as yesterday cept ran a bit further along the same road to get a bit more time up.

Running 20:00 [2]
shoes: Asics Gel Kayano 13 (2)
A bit of a pointless run, was really hungry after another long day but really needed to stretch my legs, Ran for 10mins, kept smelling peoples yummy dinners so turned around and headed back to my motel and then to the club.

Trip was worth the all travelling, interesting to compare whats happening on the Pac Highway to on the Hume, glad I went.

Monday Nov 26

Running 30:00 [3]
shoes: Asics Gel Kayano 13 (2)
Forced myself to go for a run after a long day of travelling (2 flights to get to Port Macquarie and 40min drive to site) and inspecting the Pac Highway works. Stayed in a little town, Laureiton about 30mins south of Port, dissappointed with the lack of running opportunities (there was a nice big hill but not for me). Ended up running down the main street and then along some streets/beside some water. After 20mins realised my hip wasn't hurting :)
