Arvo Willans run. My mind wasn't really on running today (except for when I heard russling in the long grass!!) Had just spent a good chunk of the afternoon at real estate agents and doing house drive bys.. so had a bit to think about

Tuesday Dec 11

Running 51:00 [3]
shoes: Asics Gel Kayano 13 (2)
It was rather chilly this morning which took me by surprise, but great running conditions. Full lap of the lake.

Running intervals 40:00 [5] 7.8 km (5:08 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Kayano 13 (2)
First interval session in a long time. Went back to the cycle track, which has been re-surfaced since I was last there, so all the distances were legiable.

Pyramid session 2 x 100, 2 x 200, 2 x 400, 2 x 800 and back down, with a 100m recovery between intervals, plus 1km warm up and cool down. It hurt, my lack of speed showed in my times, I have a bit of work to do

Monday Dec 10

Cycling (Mtb) 1:15:00 [3]
Arvo round Wagga cycle
