Run from the parentals to my place after dropping off Dad's car. Was nicely warmed up after the garage door wouldn't open (and then wouldn't close), so had to try and open it manually, which meant trying to pull the really high cable thingy inside the garage....needless to say it took a while!!

Fly to London today and get there Sunday night, Trents b'day on Monday so hopefully we won't be too jet lagged.

First frost of the year so a rather chilly morning run!! Legs were so so sore going up the hills, and it showed when I had a sports massage later in the day was probably the most painful one I've ever had :(

Three laps of Lake Albert, bit of an effort and prob would have only done 2 if it wasn't for the company of my ipod!! Felt pretty good afterwards.

Nearly missed watching origin 3 tonight (not that it would have been a big loss...), was picking up some of Trents mates and my car broke down, just my luck 3 days before I'm going away, thankfully it was only a flat battery (need a new one thou), but still had to wait in the cold for the NRMA.

This run was quite an effort. Arvo hills and flat run, for some reason I was so so tired after work and there was a horrible chilly wind blowing me around

Short Willans loop, had been hoping to run in the rain (strange I know!!) but of course the drizzle stopped just as I was leaving home. Pushed it harded on the hills this time but some parts of the tracks were super slippery so had to take it cautiously on the downhills
