Quick arvo out and back whilst Trent took the boys too the beach. Felt heavy after a big pie for lunch, so was happy to negative split the run. The chilly water in the bay was welcoming on my tired legs

Morning exploring run in Jarvis Bay. First 4km were along the bike tracks, and then I ran along some fun paths along the beach (White sands walk), found another track that seemed to go straight uphill so followed that for a Km and a bit as thought I'd better do one hill! Then ran across a beach which was hard on the legs, before turning around as the paths werent as defined

Long weekend in Vincentia with Trents family. Had only aimed for one run for the entire weekend, so to get out for three was great (and needed with all the food/alcohol consumed).

Arvo run with Sarah, a nice flat one along the cycle way, very windy though. She is getting fitter

Another morning run as had a big day at work, and the next two days will probably be no running days due to the forecast rain. Legs felt heavy after yesterday but enjoyed it

Morning Willans loop. My leg doesn't cope very well with morning hills, but I actually felt ok today (a few minutes slower than when I do this loop later in the day). Swooped again by the same annoying magpie on Red Hill Rd, it's like he'd been watching me as I'd just dropped the big stick I had picked up for the road crossing :(
