NSW SL 11a @ UOW. Really fun area! I really enjoyed this, apart from following the crowd the wrong way to the first control!!, no real errors in navigation. Maybe lost a few secs at 9 but otherwise good just not sprint fit

NSW SL 11b @ UOW, even better than the mornings course with lots of route choice, again happy with my run only loosing time at 9 and 13 (both in the same area), felt I read the map well. Great weekend of races, glad we made the effort to go

NSW SL 10 @ Cataract scout camp. Fun little area and well suited for the school kids, however course for most others were boarding on moderate in places, with lots of track legs. In saying that I managed to loose 2mins at 8 looking for a rock face and then it was pot luck getting through the thick green to 9, otherwise ok.

Weather was terrible again today (heavy rain in the AM when my alarm went off), had hoped to do intervals at lunch but the wind was unbearable, so I became what Trent calls a 'treadmil warrior'. 5mins w/u and then 5km at 5min pace and a little cool down and quick abs.

looks like I'm beginning my taper a week early... weather turned me off any form of exercise, and was just feeling flat and unmotivated
