Road runners @ Hilltop. Not the best morning out, was already very warm at 7.30am, and I been up multiple times during the night to Ryder (I think I changed his sheets four times due to vomiting... argh). Slowed right down at the water stops to briefly talk to Mum. Happy to get a run in today

Street O #1 @ Wollundry Lagoon. Challenging questions, but probably a few too many controls as never really got running. Got all 300 points with a long time to spare.
Probably should have run this morning but was anticipating Ryder to wake early as he had his first kindy orientation this morning, but he slept in

Stayed at the Q station on the North Head last night as we again had our annual RMS environment forum on. Ran with a friend from Newcastle, so was super nice to have company, disappointingly most of the lookouts were shut for maintenance (and it was overcast as well). Would have liked to have gone further but had to get back for breakfast

Morning Blackwattle Bay loop, my usual loop when I stay in the city for work however this time I stayed more central so took a bit longer to get my rhythm as had too many stops at traffic lights! Felt pretty good
