Had all intentions for going to street O but it was windy and drizzling - I think also we'd been out Mon and Wed for xmas things, with Fri and Sun nights to come the idea of a fifth during one week was too much, tis the season I guess!

Early work starts are killing me, wanted to run and figured if I went home after work it wouldn't happen, so went straight to Willans Hill. Good little loop and think it'll be my go to one for a mid length session with hills
