S6D day 6 - Grandtully. Yet another mediocre result today, no big mistakes but loads of smaller ones. Just shows that inconsistency is an issue for me, coming 4th overall despite two wins.

S6D day 5 - Craig a barns. Really enjoyed running in this area and I was having a very clean run. As I started running from 6 to 7 I saw a control which I thought might be mine so I punched it. I realised it was the wrong one but then on the way past the genuine no7 my stupid brain decided not to punch it. Absolutely gutted. Mispunch despite going to all the controls.

S6D day 4 - culteuchar and dron. Didn’t go 100% because I knew I wouldn’t be able to run as fast as the runners in my age class. Wasn’t really any nav to do at all, didn’t enjoy the course much.

S6D day 3 - Dundurn. Another good run today, lovely area which was suited my skills. Had a close shave on the crossing point into the arena, aimed for the bale on the other side, missed it and slammed my left leg down putting much more pressure than expected through the knee. Knee still abit sore today but glad it is a rest day.

S6D day 2 - Edinchip. Think I did a good job of getting in the zone today, was completely ready to go. Started off very fast and clean but almost had some scrappy moments towards the end. Uphill finish gave me my fair share of oxygen debt. Pleased to take the win, even if it was only by five seconds.
