Jog up Morven. having already cycled 50km before starting it took a while to get going. plodded up to the top and then took the direct line straight through the heather to get back to the bikes. great views from the top.

ride over the cairn to the bottom of morven and back with dad. quite gentle pace on the bike, the odd effort up a hill made it interesting. wasn't expecting quite such a long ride but good day out anyway. was surprised to still have enough energy left in the legs to storm the north side of the cairn o mount. also testing out a much waited for handlebar bag which i put my running shoes in.
