Note

Crashed my bike quite hard this morning. Back wheel popped out at high speed (don’t know why) and I crashed down on my left side. No serious injury but might have to take the weekend off.

Sponsored walk. Which I ran. Legs felt really really good today, narrowly avoided getting dehydrated though. Managed to run a fast pace for the middle part, new 10km PB of 48:59.
