Arthur’s seat middle + Wu/d. Bit of an embarrassment, way too much faffing and lack of concentration. Also distracted by another evenly paced runner who I couldn’t shake. Annoyed by this, not giving them much to impress over.

Edinburgh Multi level urban. Confusing stuff, biggest fail at #10 trying to find a way down to lower level. 3mins out the window. Very wet but managed to stay upright. Great fun once at full swing.

Drumlithie etc. Tractors out in force, unlucky with the number that I got stuck behind. Feeling fresh tho, couple nice PBs - Glenbervie climb and Drum westbound.
