Training at Cambus o May. Great to be back here, such a nice forest at this time of year. Took a bit to screw my head on but once going was flowing nicely.

St Cyrus and Stonehaven w/ Sam and Ewan. Rather more windy than expected.

Pressendye round from Tarland. Pretty decent loop. Clagged in at the start but cleared away into a nice day. Even copped a cheeky Kom towards the end.

St Cyrus loop. Nice tail wind to the coast then a grovel home. Back in summer.

Loch Brandy corn snow w/ D and S. found some decent sized snow beds and had a few great runs, shame about the hoolie that was blowing. Around 6hrs total.

Intervals round friars glen loop. 8(2 on + 2 jogged recovery). Big hill at the start of each lap so kind of a hill session. got shredded in the whins.
