Chicago, Country Lane Woods, Relay: very green forest + wet. Yeah, not a big fan of green! My team was quite fun though!

Same fantastic stretches as yesterday and 10min abs. Some runners at the trailhead must have thought I really knew what I was doing!

I did this "fantastic" stretch/strength exercises I found on the web. Supposedly they increase your speed, so in the end, maybe I'll be able to run during my orinteering events. That is more than only in the finish shute or when other orienteers are watching :)
