I believed I reached a point of my weights level that I'll maintain for a while, or take it down a notch. Shoulders, for example, I cannot complete the exercise correctly w/ so much weight.
Here's my current weights (it represents what's on each end of the barbell, barbell = 10lbs, not included):
L = 5Kg
M = 2.5 Kg
S = 1 Kg
Squats: L + S (OK)
Chest: L (a little tough)
Back and hamstring: L + S (OK)
Triceps : M (a bit tough)
Biceps: M (quite tough, but I'll sustain)
Lunges: ZERO! (I can barely manage to do them like that)
Shoulders : M + S. Next time I'll take it down to M.

Got myself some new bikeshoes. Oh, man! what a workout. Bikers, watchout next year!
