Ottawa Trails with Gardar and Co. Running on snow packed trails proved to be a challenge, when we had to cross a dry road, it felt like flying!

Pretty cold, but better than wed or thur night, as my thighs were not forzen..and I finally was able to uncover my face for about 10 min!

Run w/Maja in Botanical Gardens. I didn't wear enough layers, my legs were cold the whole time, and my head too. The icy road slowed us down. Either that or I'm SERIOUSLY out of shape! Can I be more complaining???!!! Well, it wasn't pleasant!

Just checked: I haven't run in 2 weeks!! No wander...
