Body Pump at Mequon. Pretty cool, except my quite new black pants just went out of commission during the squats. So I couln't really concentrate 100% at the exercises. Anyway, I really could add more weight for squats and chest presses.

Was initially planning a quick run, but I went with the amazing word of wisdom ...don't do today what you can do tomorrow!

I may regret it a bit as I noticed I have so much energy after body pump...so It makes for a fun run!

Body pump in men falls. These instructors are fun!

Kept the same weights, but it's so hard!! Most exercises I can barely do them. Except the squats, I can increase even more there. Good abs today too, usually their abs are really poor.

I gotta do just a tiny bit of running today too. We'll see.

yes! one more time overcame procrastination!

same thing as sunday. just a ton of runners and bikers on that trail! That trail is getting boring quite quickly, gotta fnd something else!
