elbow feels fine, heel feels fine:) The ultimate test will be tomorrow during run/strength training. So, feeling great...oh, well, my buttom hurts a bit from tubing, but that can't count:)

Some weird shooting pain from my right heel, about an hour after a long trail run. It feels like "rays" of pain, shooting up, around the heel, when I step on it...or when i try to step on it. Never had it before and it better be going away soon!!

lapham peak, w/ ultra runners. 3rd weekend in a row that I wake up early for this :)
Then we had this awesome "breakfast" that I probably manage to eat more than all the calories we burned during run :)

First time at the track!! I had no clue whatso ever what I was doing. I think...but I'm not sure, that one lap is 400m, so I tried 200 fast 200 slow...then 200 kinda fast, and 200 walk/slow...and keep on going.

same thing...and I grabbed the heavy bar bell today! yey!!! It was hard, as in very, but I really felt like I was working out, not just beating the rithm w/ my foot
