I decided I'm in no shape to work out today, I'd just be getting in more pain. However...however...I'm planning, as it stands right now, to go running tomorrow morning w/ ultra runners, right before my flight. Let's see how that works out.

Lunch run with Steve D and Steve T to Dredtzka park.

They set a nice pace (which I assume was super easy for them, but I...am definetely feeling my quads right now).

This is record time for me for 5 milers till now!! And I need a nap ;( !!!!!

Staying on track w/ my "crank it" goal, but tomorrow is my usual rest day, so I'm not sure my body will be up to anything...maybe crispy creams exercise???

At the Y in men falls.

Everything went fine, as fine as things can go in a gym room, and not on your own couch. I am going to blame it on the brain shrinking due to extreme heat, but I don't remember at all what weights I used today...

I have made my mind up to crank it as much as I can before heading to RO, where my family probably already made their mind up to lazy me up to the extreme...and that's tough to fight!

I managed to squeeze 30min of running before my hair appt ("lucky" me I had at least my running shoes w/ me, and some clothes that just had to do it for running)

Indoors at work. They remodeled it pretty nice.

After fiddleing w/ my right arch insert for 5 min, I finally got it in the right place...and , yes, both the arch and the heel behaved in the most wanderful fashion! :)))))))))))

I was able to cranke it to 7.6 (I think that's 7.89 min mile) for like a couple min..which is totally unheard of for me..let's just see how I feel tomorrow :)) he-he-he

At this time contemplating going to this canoe-O in Chicago....Joe sais it's a doable thing :)

Elbow still feeling all right! Yes :) That's how I learn to love it when I'm felling good!

I did back off a little bit the tricep weights, and went back to the normal barbell, but otherwise kept same weights and everything went just fine! I think that my technique was not perfect either, so maybe that's why I got hurt.

Not in the mood for running, maybe tonight.

....Nope, didn't happen. yet another example of good old procrastination. On the other hand, I get to enjoy my new TV!
