Stretch/Strength (Body Pump) 1:00:00 [3]
shoes: NB 1060

at the Y.

I really liked the weights setting today, so I'll log them for reference. Calves doing OK, just a bit tight, I kept stretching them...but still a little tension there. They better be in shape for tomorrow long run...whimper...

Setup:

Weighted Bar = 4.4 Lbs, L = 5Kg, M = 2.5Kg, S = 1Kg
Squats = 2 x (L + S)
Chest = 2 x L
Back = 2 x (L + S)
Tricep = 2 x M = [cannot really feel the workout, but any higher and it hurts my elbows)
Bcep = 2 x (M + S)
Shoulder = 2 x (M + S) = [very tough!!] and the 5lbs dumbells

And you, big lifters out there, I don't wanna hear any laughs!

Running (Trail - paved) 32:00 [3] 3.0 mi (10:40 / mi)
ahr:163 max:181 shoes: NB 1060

Paved trail, up north, solo.

Quick run before the bike ride.

Biking 1:00:00 [2] 14.0 mi (4:17 / mi)
shoes: NB 1060

Same paved trail and ride into town as well, w/ Dave. Both time and distance are more than approximate.

This was fun! I was so heated up from the running that I left w/ a sleeveless shirt. Sure enough, half way in I was freezing cold, goose bumps like crazy. At this point I was dreaming how would it be to wrap myself in of those flags hung by the road. So we stopped for some sweets at a store, and I just kinda throw out there how frozen I was. Well, this nice lady, an angel must have been watching, she just offered me a sweatshirt!! That's definetely one of the nicest unexpected things that happened to me in a while :))

Stretch/Strength (Body Pump) 1:00:00 [3]

Body Pump at the Y.

I was planning a quick run afterwards, but I forgot my shoes. I did body pump in my beach flip-flops, but runnin in flip-flops can be more of a challenge. So I replaced running w/ a nice whirlpool session..it was about time.

Calves are doing good, ultimate test would be running.

Note
(rest day)

A so well deserved rest day...and eating day. It will be a miracle if my body doesn't protest to the feast tonight!

Calves not doing all that bad, unless I try to stretch them. I've been wearing 24h these icy hot packs.

train pretend (Body Attack) 56:24 [4]
ahr:129 max:181 (injured) shoes: NB 1060

I thought this body attack was a great workout last wek, so I decided to go again. Well, my calves didn't think the same way, and 20 min in the workout they decided not no collaborate anymore. There's some jumping or whatvere that kills my calves. They're so stiff again I can barely walk. I'm quite mad!!!

So, now what: do I wait 3 weeks to go to this class again, do I stretch 2 hours a day, hot or cold compreses, do I give up training all together????? Big sigh here ;(

Stretch/Strength (Body Pump) 21:20 [2]
ahr:83 max:115 shoes: NB 1060

Did only a bit of the upper body.

Is this icecream on my hr watch??!! :))
