What a BEAUTIFUL day! Wow!

Went mighty slow ....let's see what reasons I can come up with...hmm..my abs hurt the firts few miles (1" right of belly button, unknown reason), then I went running at the hottest time of the day (uuhhh...that is 77F), then belting out every other song I was playing on my iPod also helped w/ getting the breathing in a rithm:)

A little paddling in the afternoon, can't count that as training, thou' (it was mostly drifting and laying on the boat)

MTB at New Fane w/ Nagesh

Did the brown/green and red trails.

Quite fun, I was not very scared, awesome workout. I lowered my seat so I don't flip when going downhill. Well, that chnage in configurations kept my feet flying forward, off the pedals, which was getting a bit exciting/scary at times. Currently I don't have the clip ons installed, or those things that you slide your shoes in.

Reminder for myself: take a can of deet next time!!

Same settings, except:
Squats = 2 x (L + M) (tough but doable)
Tricep = 8lbs dumbell (very tough!)

Today I took my courage up and hopped on the scale, and I was very pleased to find out the damage was only 1lb after last weekend!

Finally 8 hours of sleeps, so no nappy time at lunch!

Squeezed in a little running at the gym at work between work and a massage. Forgot all my shower stuff at home (good planning, as always), and I had to dry off w/ a few paper towels. And that's how you find out just how much surface your body has and how wet a shower really gets you!

I'm kinda slacking on the training...and I really don't want to be slacking. However, ONLY 3 candies today!! That is compared w/ the 4 (or 5?) servings of brownie/icecream combo yesterday :)) I got my own healthy diet plan...that I'm working on.

Good workout, I'm in pain :)

I totally needed this, and whatever else I'll be doing this week. This past weekend I had this awesome 5000 cal (min) daily plan - pepto bismol included, so I'm not even going to hop on the scale for a few days!!
