I cranked it a bit more this time.

It is unbelievable how not sore my muscles were after this 18 hour they've been punished. I was only tired, which did take a few nights of sleep to recover from. So, not sure if it was the good hydration (included a bunch of Succeed caps), the stretching after, the "after glow", or a combo of all this.
