Lapham Peak - permanent course

Did the west side w/ John, as they were out of the east side. Awesome weather, a bit muddy.

Up the tower from evergreen, down all the way on government hill. Up again, all the way to the tower, down again. He got some good speed, while I was tying my shoe laces :)) Calves tight now. Oh, yeah, and foot hurts, what's new.

Good workout. Crazy, but entertaining instructor. Ankle feeling a bit better.

Note

Went to in-step yesterday: the PT thinks it's an iritated joint, no fracture. I'll replace shoes with more stability.
