Running (trail paved) 38:47 [4] 3.98 mi (9:45 / mi)
shoes: Saucony Omni

Up north

YES! I can run again! Today was a bit cooler (74F) and plenty shade... or whatever it is I felt a lot better than yesterday. First i was a bit bummed cause Greg backed out of the MTB, but I was so uplifted from Lifest, that nothing could really upset me. So decided a run was 'needed".

First 2 miles pace: 10:22 min/mile
Last 2: 9:06

Took a 2 min stretch break in the middle :) Ok, now I really plan to NOT run tomorrow, so i don't go from one exterem into other..

Running (trail paved) 42:15 [3] 4.03 mi (10:29 / mi)

Up north

Kinda hot. Still incredibly slow. I'm finally feeling the soreness from 1st run few days ago and from the body pump (thighs, bottom, just could not stretch my legs out). It felt like i was carying a bag of potatoes, or more like 2 bags of potatoes.

Running (trail paved) 53:20 [3] 5.01 mi (10:39 / mi)
shoes: Saucony Omni

Up north -

Went very nice and slow so I don't scare my legs off after 5 weeks break. perfect weather for running, for anything (except sailing maybe). I can;t belive how tired i got going at 11min miles. In any case, I'm glad i went out.
