it was so good to see the fun group again. legs are sore (includes quads, calves), so i only focused on upper body. No running till I get this soreness under control...
Good workout, but as soon as I hoped on the biked I realized that I have forgotten about my bruised butt from the other day's fall. otherwise, I tried to stay with it.
