up north, a bit nauseous, pain on the right side (right of belly button, which subsided after about 30 min), but never got the energy.

Only a bit sore today! Let's see how it goes tomorrow. Rest tomorrow too and "long" (=5miles) planned for sat.

Finally able to keep weights down, so I won't be sore.. I think :)
