lake michigan. I am so wiped out, the water was mirky at shore so we set a goal to swim all the way to the blue waters... well, in summary, it was long and cold! (but fun nevertheless ;)

easy up the trail. wow.... my body does not remember how to run. on top of all upper body sore from yesterday. a little break tomorrow then plenty biking around the track.
