Nice Long Run in the Forest of Dean.

Followed the Gloucestershire Way into the forest. Route was surprisingly hard to find at points but fun using the OS map.

Legs felt pretty good. Didn't push the first half as was faffing with route finding but pushed a bit more on the way back.

Had to deal with a large group of cows and calves (I'm rather scared of cows so didn't do well when they started chasing me).
