Devastated to have been as sloppy as I was - lost 8 minutes in big errors as I suspected. 5mins of those were lost on the last two technical controls!


It is clear that I was thrown by the size of the event. I made a big mistake on control 1 (2mins) due to not being calm out of the start. The next big mistake I made (1min) was at 15 after taking water at the water station (never had one of these in an event before). THen had a pretty clean run untill 23 (control after the spectator control) I guess hearing the atmosphere of the arena made me loose concentration and then I panicked when I found a control that wasn't mine and spent 4 mins running around in circles.
